Emotional Energy Centers of The Body

Negative emotions aren't as welcome as positive emotions. When we experience sadness, anger, resentment, loneliness or sorrow, we feel it deeply. And because it hurts, we sometimes suppress those parts of ourselves to keep the pain from intensifying or spreading. Imbalances often occur when we resist an emotion and its natural path through the body. Resistance can cause an emotion to lock into body tissue, eventually leading to physical ailments and mental confusion.

HOW TO ENHANCE ANY CHEESE PLATTER

You can enhance any cheese and create a beautiful presentation with a few condiments. Honey is ideally matched with strong cheeses (anything aged) because of the balance of sweet and salty (think chocolate pretzels!); chutney goes well with aged cheddars; and dried fruits and nuts like walnuts and almonds taste great with just about any cheese.
