Thank you for this picture. I am teaching my 10 year old daughter proper etiquette. This is the best diagram. Most people seem to be using, what I call "restaurant etiquete" and place the salad first...My grandmother would faint, lol! I want my little ones to learn the way it's done in most the west. I don't mind the restaurant style for informal settings. I love what you did labeling everything. Thank you so much!
